Shipping policy

TRADING HOURS AND HOLIDAYS

Unless noted otherwise, orders will not be processed during NSW public holidays and any dates noted below. Please allow for additional time to receive your order during these time periods.

Christmas & New Years Extended Shutdown
Orders made between 23rd December 2023 and 1st January 2024 will be processed and fulfilled no sooner than 2nd January 2024.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email upon placing your order, and another email upon fulfilment to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

We do not offer store pickup. Please order through our online shopping portal and select your preferred delivery location to receive your goods.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses Australia-wide.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Orders are generally shipped within 2-10 business days for standard shipping, and within 2-5 business days for express shipping, after your order has been packed and processed by our team. These timeframes are estimates only for metro areas, with longer delivery times expected for non-metro and regional addresses.

A shipping fee applies to all orders purchased at the Level Asian Merch store, except for orders over $100, limited-time events, discounts or provided voucher code(s) where shipping fees are temporarily waived. We reserve the right to change these details at any given time without notice.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We do not currently ship to international addresses.
